Quo is a co-working brand that specialises in affordable luxury workplaces, meeting spaces, and virtual office addresses. Our suite of services are designed to give your business a professional and executive presence in the community, while also impoving how seamlessly your business functions.

We’re pronounced “kwoh”, and the word QUO is derived from the phrase - “status-quo”, which means the mainstream way of doing something. The reason we use the word “quo” is to remind us to dream big, go beyond the ordinary, and into the extraordinary with all that we do.

We offer physical workspaces (ranging from co-working desks to 4-6 person offices), meeting room hire, and virtual offices. Feel free to navigate to these services using the site menu to learn more.

All of our office memberships have a minimum commitment of 6 months. Our virtual office address has a minimum commitment of 3 months.

We do not offer day-hire at the present moment due to high demand of the spaces. However, our co-working desk membership is a great entry-level option if you regularly need a space to work.

Yes, our meeting rooms are available to the public for hire. You can make your reservation using the booking portal.

Yes we do, bike storage is located in the garage and is only available to QUO Business Lounge Members.

QUO Business Lounge is under 24/7 surveillance. Access into the main office and garage is only available to members. Private offices have keyless, thumb print and pin code to ensure security.

If you have a private office room, you may bring guests. However, since co-working desks and dedicated desks are semi-private spaces for just 1-person, you may not share this space with any additional non-paying members.

MEETING SPACES FAQ

We require at least 4 hours notice prior to your scheduled booking time.
Please take the time to read our terms & conditions at the booking window before checking the required box and submitting you booking.
If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy or the terms & conditions, please email management at grow@quobusinesslounge.com.au
We will gladly assist you with your query.

Refunds will NOT be issued if a cancellation is made within the 4 hour window prior to your scheduled booking time.
A credit note will be issued for cancellations made the day of your booking.
Management track the movements of the booking. If you have not received your credit note within 24 hours please email grow@quobusinesslounge.com.au

Please notify management as soon as you notice any damages.
Failure to do so can result in additional charges, also risking the individual who booked the meeting space in becoming liable for the damages.

Users may be subject to additional charges for extended use beyond the booked period or any unauthorised use of facilities.
This does not apply if management has approved of any extended use or other uses of the meeting spaces.
